Alice Borukhov, RDN

Dietitian

Alice studied Dietetics from the University of Georgia, where she graduated with a Bachelor's of Science. She is currently a Master's Candidate at the University of Georgia.

Prior to graduation, she obtained a position as a Public Health Nutritionist for the Georgia Department of Public Health's Women, Infant, and Children (WIC) program sponsored by the USDA working with underserved communities affected by food insecurity. While at WIC, Alice honed her skills in patient-centered nutrition counseling.

Alice completed her Dietetic training at a community hospital located in Metro-Atlanta where she concentrated on both public health nutrition and medical nutrition therapy.

Upon completion of her Registered Dietitian credential, Alice worked as the Food Service Coordinator and Registered Dietitian for Meals On Wheels Atlanta (MOWA). While at MOWA, Alice created therapeutic meal plans for 1,500 older adults in the Atlanta metropolitan area affected by food insecurity and various disease states, including: Diabetes, High Blood Pressure/Heart Disease, Chronic Kidney Disease (Renal Diet), and Vegetarian Diets.

Alice is a firm believer in supporting clients on their journeys to meeting health goals with a "foods first" approach. In sessions with Alice, clients will unlock the keys to establishing new habits which will improve health outcomes and enhance overall wellbeing.

Alice resides in Roswell with her husband, toddler, and pets. She loves Star Trek, matcha, and the great outdoors.
