Who I help

I work with adults who want to feel stronger, move better, and become more confident in their bodies—whether you are completely new to Pilates or looking to deepen an existing practice.

I discovered Pilates later in life and experienced firsthand how much it could influence both physical and emotional well-being. What initially began as a way to become stronger grew into a deeper appreciation for the connection between breath, movement, and the mind. Pilates taught me how to slow down, breathe with greater intention, quiet some of the mental noise, and develop strength, balance, mobility, and confidence in a way that felt sustainable.

That experience shapes the way I teach today.

I am especially passionate about helping women continue to feel strong and capable as their bodies change throughout different seasons of life. Whether you are returning to movement, navigating pregnancy or postpartum changes, wanting to improve mobility and balance, or simply hoping to maintain the strength needed for an active life, Pilates can be adapted to meet you where you are.

You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or particularly coordinated to begin. My goal is to help you better understand your body and build from where you are today.

What it’s like to work with me

My teaching style is encouraging, attentive, and purposeful.

I believe meaningful progress is less about performing every exercise perfectly or pushing your body to its limits and more about learning how to move well, understand what your body needs, and build strength over time.

During our work together, I pay close attention to alignment, form, breathing, body awareness, and appropriate exercise progression. I want you to understand what you are doing and why—not simply move through a series of exercises.

My STOTT PILATES® training has provided a strong foundation in functional anatomy, postural awareness, precise movement, exercise progression, and modifying movements for individual needs. That allows me to challenge clients appropriately while recognizing that every person arrives with a different body, history, level of experience, and set of goals.

Most importantly, I want Pilates to feel approachable. You can expect a welcoming environment where you feel seen, supported, and appropriately challenged. My hope is that you leave not only feeling like you had a great workout, but also more connected to your body, more confident in how you move, and better equipped for the activities you enjoy outside of the studio.
