I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions, career concerns, and relationship challenges. I also work with men who want a space to process honestly, grow in self-understanding, and build healthier patterns in their life and relationships.
My counseling style is grounded, practical, and relational. I want clients to feel comfortable being honest about what they are carrying while also working toward real movement and change.
I often support clients who are trying to make sense of painful experiences, emotional distress, addictive patterns, or the pressure they feel in work, relationships, and life.
