I serve the Anchored Mind community through something simple but meaningful: a really good cup of coffee and a welcoming place to enjoy it.

My interest in coffee began as a hobby. Over time, I became increasingly curious about specialty coffee, different beans, brewing methods, flavor profiles, and the small details that can completely change the experience of a cup.

What started as curiosity gradually became something much bigger.

That passion eventually led me into the coffee industry and ultimately to launching my own mobile coffee catering business, The Blonding Swan. Through that experience, I learned not only how to prepare and serve specialty coffee, but also how much hospitality matters.

Coffee has a unique way of bringing people together. It can be part of a morning routine, a conversation between friends, a quiet moment before the day begins, or simply an excuse to slow down for a few minutes.

I am excited to bring that same spirit to Anchored Mind and help create a café experience that feels warm, intentional, and connected to the larger community here.

My goal is for the café to feel approachable, personal, and genuinely welcoming.

You do not need to know anything about specialty coffee to enjoy it. Whether you already have a favorite drink or have no idea what to order, I am happy to help you find something you enjoy.

I care about the details—from how the coffee is prepared to how someone feels when they walk up to the counter.

For me, great hospitality is not about making coffee feel complicated or exclusive. It is about taking what I have learned over the years and using it to create an experience that feels thoughtful without being intimidating.

Sometimes that means helping someone understand the difference between brewing methods or flavors. Other times, it simply means remembering what they like and having a friendly conversation while their drink is being made.

At the end of the day, I want the café to become a natural gathering place within Anchored Mind—a space where clients, members, team members, and friends can pause, connect, and enjoy being here.

I believe coffee can be both an everyday ritual and something worth paying attention to.

There is an incredible amount of craft behind specialty coffee, from where the beans are grown to how they are roasted, ground, brewed, and served. Learning that process is what drew me deeper into the coffee world in the first place.

But I also believe coffee should be enjoyable.

My approach is to bring together quality and accessibility. I want to make thoughtful coffee while keeping the experience relaxed, friendly, and easy to understand.

The best cup of coffee is not necessarily the most complicated one.
