Adults who enjoy dynamic movement, physical challenge, and a more intentional mind-body approach to fitness
Roswell, GA
I work with people who want more from movement than simply checking off a workout.
You may spend much of your day moving quickly, thinking about what comes next, carrying responsibility, or feeling pulled in a dozen different directions. When you step onto the mat, my goal is to create an opportunity to turn down some of that outside noise and reconnect with what is happening inside your own body.
My classes are energetic and physically challenging. We sweat. We build heat. We test our strength and endurance. But the physical work is only one part of the experience.
Through Sculpt, Power, and Vinyasa, I use movement and breath as tools for developing greater awareness, presence, and confidence. A challenging posture or sequence becomes an opportunity to notice how you respond when something feels difficult—and to practice staying present rather than immediately backing away from discomfort.
You do not need to arrive already strong, flexible, or experienced. You simply need to be willing to show up, breathe, move, and discover what your body is capable of.
Expect energy.
Expect challenge.
And expect the invitation to pay attention to much more than whether you can hold the pose.
My classes are intentionally designed to move between effort and awareness. We use dynamic sequencing, strength-based movement, and conscious breathing to bring your attention away from everything happening outside the room and back into the present moment.
When a sequence becomes challenging, I will encourage you to stay curious about what happens next.
Do you tense up?
Do you hold your breath?
Does your mind immediately tell you that you cannot keep going?
The mat gives us a place to notice those reactions without judgment and practice responding differently.
Sometimes that means staying with the challenge for another breath. Sometimes it means modifying. Sometimes it means recognizing that backing off is exactly what your body needs.
The goal is not to prove how tough you are. It is to become more aware of yourself while discovering that you may be capable of more than you realized.
I want you to leave class feeling physically challenged, mentally clearer, and more connected to yourself than when you arrived.

Other days, the win may simply be that you showed up, breathed, and stayed present.
Both matter.
