Young adults through middle-aged adults, from beginners to experienced movers
Roswell, GA
I work with adults who want to move better, feel stronger, and develop a more connected relationship with their bodies.
Some clients come to me because they want to build strength or improve their overall fitness. Others want to become more mobile, reduce stiffness, feel more comfortable in everyday movement, or develop a routine that supports their long-term health.
I especially enjoy working with young and middle-aged adults who want fitness to feel sustainable rather than punishing. You do not need to already be flexible, strong, or comfortable in a gym or yoga studio. We can start with where your body is today and build from there.
My approach brings together personal training, mobility work, and yoga. I believe strength and mobility work best when they support each other, and that learning to move with greater control and awareness can help you feel more capable both inside and outside of the gym.
Whether we are lifting weights, working through mobility drills, or moving through a yoga practice, the goal is the same: helping you build a body that feels strong, resilient, and ready for the life you want to live.
My style is encouraging, intentional, and welcoming.
I want movement to challenge you, but I also want it to feel good to be in your body.
Breath and mobility are central to the way I teach. I often incorporate active mobility and intentional breathing into both personal training and yoga because they can improve movement quality, body awareness, range of motion, and the way you experience exercise as a whole.
Rather than chasing intensity for its own sake, we will focus on moving well first and then building strength from that foundation.
In personal training, that may mean combining traditional strength work with mobility exercises that help you move through a fuller, more controlled range of motion.
In yoga, it may mean using breath and intentional movement to build strength, balance, flexibility, and awareness without feeling like you need to achieve a particular pose.
I teach Vinyasa, Hatha, and Slow Flow yoga, which allows me to adapt sessions and classes to different experience levels, goals, and energy levels.
My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable trying new things, appropriately challenged, and supported as you progress. I want you to leave feeling stronger, more capable, and more at home in your body than when you walked in.

Strength matters. Mobility matters. Recovery matters. And so does learning how to listen to your body.
For me, fitness is not simply about how much weight you can lift or how deeply you can stretch. It is about building the strength, control, mobility, and confidence that allow you to keep doing the things you enjoy for years to come.
By combining intentional strength training with active mobility, breathwork, and principles from yoga, I help clients develop movement that feels both strong and sustainable.
The goal is not perfection.
The goal is to keep moving well.
