I work with people who want to move their bodies with greater intention, build strength and mobility, and create space to slow down and reconnect with themselves.
My own relationship with yoga deepened during the postpartum season of motherhood. What began as a way to move and feel stronger became something much more meaningful—a practice of slowing down, breathing deeply, and becoming more present in my body, my faith, and my everyday life.
That experience shapes the way I teach today. I especially love creating classes where people of all experience levels can practice together without comparison or pressure. You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or know what you are doing before you walk into the room. My goal is to make yoga approachable and meaningful while giving you space to grow in strength, mobility, body awareness, and confidence.
My classes are an invitation to move, breathe, and be present.
My teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga does not have to be intense or performative to be meaningful. Rather than focusing on how a pose looks or how far you can push yourself, I encourage you to pay attention to what is happening within your own body and meet yourself where you are that day.
My classes tend to have the rhythm of a slow, intentional flow, but I am not committed to one particular style of yoga. We may move through flowing sequences, spend time building strength or mobility, slow down for deeper stretches, or simply pause and breathe. I offer options throughout class so both new and experienced yogis can find a practice that feels supportive and worthwhile.
Faith is naturally woven into the way I teach through themes, reflection, breath, and opportunities for stillness. My hope is to create space to quiet some of the outside noise, become more present, and reconnect with what matters most.
There is no pressure to perform and nothing to prove. I want you to leave class feeling more grounded, more connected to your body, and more at home in the present moment than when you arrived.

Outside the studio, I'm a wife and mom of three. I also host yoga retreats and intentional gatherings through Unforced Rhythms, creating space for women to step away from the noise of everyday life and make room for movement, rest, reflection, faith, and meaningful connection.
I love good conversation, creative projects, time with my family, and finding simple ways to bring more intention into ordinary life.
