My style is steady, relational, and thoughtful. I aim to create a space where clients can be honest, feel understood, and begin practicing new ways of relating to themselves and others.
For couples, I help partners slow down the cycle, understand what is happening beneath conflict, and work toward repair, trust, and healthier communication.
