I work with people who want to improve their nutrition but need an approach that actually fits into real life. You may know what you should be doing but struggle to make it work consistently around a demanding schedule, family responsibilities, training goals, health concerns, or simply the realities of everyday life.
My experience spans weight management, sports nutrition, diabetes, cardiovascular health, oncology, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, meal planning, and recipe development. Whether your goal is to improve your health, fuel your workouts, navigate a medical diagnosis, feel more confident with food, or simply make eating well feel less complicated, we can build a plan around your individual needs.
I am especially passionate about helping active individuals and athletes understand how nutrition can support both performance and long-term health. My own experience returning to fitness after having twin boys—and eventually becoming an OCB Pro Natural Bikini Bodybuilder—gave me an even deeper appreciation for the relationship between nutrition, training, recovery, body composition, and the demands of everyday life.
I also understand that knowing the science is only part of the equation. Sustainable change requires finding ways to apply that knowledge to your schedule, preferences, family, goals, and season of life. My goal is to help bridge the gap between research-based nutrition recommendations and what is realistically doable for you.
I want to hear your story with food before telling you what needs to change.
My approach is practical, collaborative, honest, and grounded in evidence. Rather than handing you a rigid meal plan or expecting you to follow a one-size-fits-all approach, we’ll look at your current habits, routines, challenges, preferences, and goals and figure out where meaningful changes can realistically happen.
I love helping clients reach those “light bulb” moments when nutrition begins to feel less confusing and more manageable. We may work on meal planning, time management, habit development, grocery strategies, recipe modifications, fueling around exercise, or breaking larger goals into smaller steps that feel achievable.
There are research-based principles that guide good nutrition, but there is rarely only one way to put them into practice. I want you to understand the why behind the recommendations we discuss so that you can ultimately make informed decisions with confidence rather than feeling dependent on another set of food rules.
My goal is not simply to tell you what to eat. It is to help you develop the knowledge, habits, flexibility, and confidence to make nutrition work for your life over the long term.
