Who I help

I work with teens, adults, couples, and working professionals navigating the pressures and transitions that can make life feel increasingly difficult to manage. Many of my clients are balancing demanding careers, relationships, family responsibilities, parenting, and questions about what comes next.

Having spent years working with individuals, teams, and organizational leaders before becoming a counselor, I understand the unique pressures professionals can experience both at work and at home. I often help clients explore anxiety, stress, career and leadership challenges, life transitions, relationships, family-of-origin patterns, and feelings of isolation or disconnection.

I also enjoy working with couples who are approaching engagement or marriage and want to build a strong, thoughtful foundation for their relationship.

What it’s like to work with me

My approach is thoughtful, practical, and collaborative. I want therapy to help you understand not only what you are experiencing, but also the patterns, relationships, experiences, and strengths that have shaped the way you respond to life.

My background in business and leadership gives me a particular appreciation for the complexity of balancing professional responsibilities with personal well-being and relationships. Together, we can slow things down, develop greater self-awareness, identify what may be keeping you stuck, and find practical ways to move forward.

When helpful, I also draw from creative approaches that can offer a different way of exploring emotions, relationships, identity, and personal growth.
