I work with teens and adults navigating stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, leadership, and career concerns. I offer a supportive and grounded space to slow down, make sense of what feels overwhelming, and reconnect with clarity and direction.
My approach blends insight-oriented therapy with practical, real-life tools. Together, we explore patterns, strengthen coping strategies, and build greater self-understanding to support emotional growth, healing, and meaningful change.
I approach counseling from a holistic perspective, recognizing that mental health is deeply connected to the mind, body, relationships, and spiritual wellbeing, including how sleep, movement, nutrition, stress, and nervous system regulation influence emotional health.
My style is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I believe counseling should feel like a place where you can be honest about what’s hard while also feeling supported and understood. I aim to create an environment where clients feel seen, make sense of their experiences, and move toward greater clarity, confidence, and alignment in their lives. I also welcome conversations around faith and spirituality when they are meaningful to a client’s story and goals.
