Who I help

I work with adults at all stages of their fitness journey.

Maybe you have been exercising consistently for years and are ready for a new challenge. Maybe life got busy and your routine disappeared somewhere along the way. Or maybe you are walking into a gym for the first time and have no idea where to begin.

Wherever you are starting, that is where we start.

One of the things I love most about fitness is that it can—and should—be customized to the individual. There is no single workout, ability level, body type, or starting point that defines what being “fit” is supposed to look like.

My goal is to help you create a fitness routine that makes sense for your body, your goals, and your life. We will focus on building strength, improving fitness, creating consistency, and recognizing progress along the way—not just physically, but in your confidence and the way you feel about what your body is capable of doing.

I made my own leap into the fitness industry in 2010 after realizing that helping people become healthier and stronger was where I wanted to spend my time. More than 15 years later, I still find myself inspired by watching people discover what they are capable of and seeing the transformation that can happen both inside and outside the gym.

What it’s like to work with me

My approach to fitness is encouraging, energetic, practical, and highly individualized.

I want you to feel challenged, but I also want you to feel successful.

Fitness should not feel like something reserved for people who already know what they are doing. Whether you are learning foundational movements, rebuilding a routine after time away, or working toward a specific performance or strength goal, we can adjust the process to meet you where you are.

I believe some of the most meaningful progress happens gradually. It is the extra repetition you could not do a few weeks ago. The weight that suddenly feels lighter. Having more energy throughout your day. Feeling comfortable walking into a gym. Or realizing that exercise has become something you actually look forward to instead of something you feel like you should be doing.

I will help guide you, challenge you appropriately, celebrate the wins, and continue adjusting as you get stronger.

Ultimately, I want fitness to become something that adds to your life—not something that takes it over.

Outside the office

I was born and raised in Miami, Florida, moved to Nashville for college, and eventually made Atlanta home in 2004.

In 2010, I left corporate America and took what I like to call my “leap of faith” into the fitness industry after realizing I had found something I was genuinely passionate about. It turned out to be a pretty good leap.

Outside of the gym, you can usually find me spending time with my husband and daughter, getting outdoors whenever possible, exploring local spots, or catching some live music. And while Atlanta has been home for a long time, you can take the girl out of Miami—but apparently you cannot take Miami out of the girl. Sunshine is still highly preferred.
