I work with adults who are carrying stress, pressure, disconnection, relational pain, trauma, identity questions, or the weight of responsibility. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward beneath the surface.
I often work with men, couples, leaders, husbands, fathers, and individuals who want to better understand their story, their relationships, their faith, and the patterns shaping how they live.
My counseling style is thoughtful, relational, and honest. I want clients to feel deeply understood, but I also want them to leave with insight, language, and next steps they can actually use.
I tend to work well with clients who are willing to be curious about their story, honest about what is not working, and open to exploring the connection between their mind, body, relationships, faith, and daily life.
